Holding my car hostage
I had an accident on the 401, they took my car to their place, the next day my insurance company tried to get it moved closer to my home, but they refused to release my car over how payment was being made, now my car sits at his place and he charges per day, what a crook, he should be arrested not walking free. Residental parking issue
I am not a customer but do live on a residential street close to the 401
My issue is that i dont appreciate the trucks pulling in front of my house and have naps whole leaving the trucks running for hours at a time
Is there not a parking lot like crossroads mall where they can park

Great service and friendly staff
I broke down on 401 and Weston I had no money but a driver from Steve’s towing towed me to my Mechanic shop, and after speaking with his boss Steve did not charge me for the tow, they helped me and I was so grateful. Thank you Steve’s towing

Damaged my Truck
CCC Towing, a slimmy division of Steve's towing showed up and said the police told him to move our truck (LIES) we agreed on a price so to not clog traffic on the 400 highway. Towed us back to Brantford only to find the idiot tow driver pulled the rear axle hub and stuffed a rag in to hold the axle oil instead of pulling the drive shaft.
As you can imagine we lost all the oil and the bearings ran dry on our 5 Ton and now had to spend more money to have that fixed. Lost the nuts to the axle hub and then held our truck even after we paid because he said we stole his rear light assembly. What a joke company. I can't believe they got a TV show out of it.
Just goes to show anyone can make it on TV, this guy should have the MTO up their *** for their shady business and the government needs to step in. It's getting out of hand and people are going to start fighting back.

Crazy Steve’s Towing driver on QEW
Saw a Steve’s towing truck driving like he was funny impaired . Was weaving , lane changing every minute . Did not signal once and drove over the lines as he straddled them . We video taped the idiot moron as he drove . We will be calling 911 to make a report . Another guy in front of us was chasing him down .
Would be best if the truck crashed in

I broke down on the 401 near islington I called caa for a tow because I’m a member Steve’s shows up in minutes I asked if they were sent by caa I’m told yes yes yes meanwhile no caa market I called caa immediately as he is setting up to tow caa informed me no Steve’s is not authorized I told the driver get lost he’s not caa demands 400 told him to kiss my *** he lied continues to try and hook up had to call 911 when I told him I’ve called police he took off I can’t believe these guys are in tv

It's very bad service.
For 50 Km charge me 2000 $ and they don't drop my truck in the shop lik l said. They drop 600 m away from the shop.it's very disappointed .they spend 1.5 h to hook my truck but they charge me 3h. Once h is 500$
